DJ is the Co-Founder and CTO of ITque and serves as the Virtual CIO for over 100 companies across the Bay Area, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations. He specializes in customized, cost-effective IT solutions that help businesses grow. With experience at several major IT security companies as well as foreign and domestic government agencies, DJ brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to every engagement. He is on a mission to share his knowledge and elevate the cybersecurity posture of the businesses he works with.
ITque's typical client ranges from 50 to 250 users with 5 to 100 servers, with the majority having security compliance needs. The firm delivers a comprehensive range of services including Fully Managed IT, IT Security Compliance, Virtual CIO, 24/7 Helpdesk, Managed SOC/NOC with EDR, SIEM, DLP, Penetration Testing and Threat Hunting, as well as Managed Storage and Managed Backups (BCDR). While ITque can service any industry, the team specializes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, Restaurants, and Legal.
Outside of his work at ITque, DJ is a sought-after speaker at IT trade shows and industry association conferences on IT security topics. He also delivers complimentary IT Security Awareness classes for groups of ten or more with no commitment required. He is active in organizations including Provisors, the Silicon Valley Organization, and Bay Area IT. DJ and his family support Relay for Life, the SPCA, SaveSFBay.org, and the Millbrae Public Schools, and regularly volunteer at food banks throughout the year. He is also a proud member of Lions International.

Sales Solutions Executive
Sean Tallen is the Inside Sales Solutions Executive at ITque and helps businesses make smart technology decisions before they become expensive surprises. He partners with clients to design, price, and deliver right-fit IT solutions, with a strong focus on hardware and software procurement, lifecycle planning, and compliance-driven investments. From workstation and server refreshes to licensing and cloud strategy, Sean specializes in turning complex requirements into clear, cost-effective paths forward. Known for his practical, straight-talk approach, and for explaining why a purchase matters, not just what to buy, Sean serves as a trusted advisor to organizations that prefer their IT predictable, secure, and refreshingly low-drama.
Moani Hood
Service Manager
Moani Hood is the Service Manager at ITque, where she oversees the daily operations of the service team, making sure support requests are handled efficiently and with a high level of quality. She manages service task scheduling and prioritization, supports both help desk and field technicians, and works closely with her team to maintain consistent service standards. Moani also collaborates with clients to understand their needs and improve service delivery, while coordinating with project, account management, and procurement teams to keep resources aligned.
She plays a key role in quality assurance, reviewing completed service work and ensuring accuracy in timesheets, ticket documentation, and billing processes, while also supporting client asset management through accurate inventory tracking and equipment oversight.
With a strong focus on organization, communication, and accountability, Moani helps drive a smooth and reliable support experience for both clients and internal teams.
Jeffrey Tabaka
Technical Account Manager
Jeffrey Tabaka serves as a Technical Account Manager at ITque, where he acts as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients across a wide range of industries. With a background that began in hands-on technical support, he brings both technical insight and a strong customer-focused approach to every relationship.
As the bridge between clients and the ITque service team, Jeff focuses on building long-term partnerships, understanding business goals, and ensuring clients receive the boutique, white-glove experience the company is known for. He works closely with small and mid-sized businesses to help align technology with operational needs, improve communication, and make sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident in their IT strategy.

Mark Kinnick
Technical Project Manager
Mark Kinnick is a Project Manager and Project Technical Lead at ITque, where he has been a key part of the team for over 13 years. Working closely with small and mid-sized businesses, as well as enterprise clients, Mark specializes in evaluating and delivering complex IT projects that help organizations operate more efficiently and securely.
In his day-to-day work, Mark leads the planning and execution of specialized projects, from researching the right solutions to mapping out processes, coordinating timelines, and tackling the most technical aspects of implementation. His areas of expertise include virtualization, cloud migrations, and hardware configuration. He also serves as the primary escalation point for the service team, stepping in to resolve advanced issues and ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality support.
Mark is known for his hands-on approach and ability to break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions. He enjoys working closely with clients to design systems that not only meet immediate needs but also scale for the future, helping businesses make smart, confident technology decisions.
