Windows 7 End of Support
This Client Alert is to inform you that Microsoft has announced that technical support and security updates for Windows 7 will end on January 14, 2020. As such, we will need to put a plan in place to upgrade or decommission any Windows 7 PCs currently on your company’s network.
Note: this alert only applies to Windows 7-based PCs (does not apply to Macintosh computers.)
In some cases, you may have to replace the entire Windows 7 PC, or upgrade RAM, HD and/or CPU in order to support the Windows 10 operating system.

ITque is in the process of identifying the status of all the Windows 7 PCs we are managing for your company. Once we have compiled your list, we will contact you with specifics about the number of Windows 7 PCs you have, their upgrade eligibility and other details, so we can map out the correct course of action for your company.
